PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PDP capable of preventing a dielectric layer coating row electrodes from yellowing. SOLUTION: The row electrodes X, Y formed on a rear face of a front glass substrate 1 and coated with the dielectric layer 3 are provided with bus electrodes Xa, Ya, respectively, containing a transparent electrode Xb and a silver component complementing conductivity of the transparent electrode Xb. The bus electrodes Xa, Ya have a double-layer structure with black conductive layers Xa1, Ya1 and main conductive layers Xa2, Ya2 laminated, with a glass component contained in the main conductive layers Xa2, Ya2 of less than 1 wt.%.
