PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization of equipment. SOLUTION: A laser light source 18 irradiates laser light , which passes through a center part 16A of a two-focal point lens 16. The laser light having passed through the center part 16A of the two-focal point lens 16 is reflected on an object within a measuring area, and the reflected light is condensed at a focal position by a peripheral part 16B of the two-focal point lens 16.
