摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lubricating oil discharged from a wet type friction clutch from filling therearound to cause deterioration in cooling efficiency and an increase in agitation resistance between the lubricating oil and the wet type friction clutch. SOLUTION: A partition wall (10a) is provided at an intermediate part in the front and rear direction of a transmission case (10) and the front part of the transmission case 10 is liquid-tightly closed by a front cover plate (11). A multiple plate friction clutch 15 having a clutch case 16 provided with an opening 16a on the outer circumference is rotatably supported inside a clutch chamber (12) between the partition wall (10a) and the front cover plate (11). The outer circumference of the clutch case (16) is covered with a fixed gap by a guiding cylinder (21) coaxially disposed with the clutch case (16), with one axial end portion mounted on the front cover plate (11). The lubricating oil between the clutch case (16) and the guiding cylinder (21) is scraped into the clutch chamber (12) from an end of the guiding cylinder (21) by rotation of a spiral projection 20 mounted on the outer circumference of the clutch case and with its outside edge approaching the inner peripheral face of the guiding cylinder (21) to a degree to not come in contact therewith.
