PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle display device capable of preventing breakage by a rear seat. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle display device 10 arranged on a back side of a front seat 20 comprises a display part 11 for displaying an image, a movable mechanism 12 capable of moving the display part 11 between the storage position provided on the back side and the audio-visual position located on a rear seat 30 side from the storage position provided on the back side, and a rear seat limiting mechanism 13 for limiting the movement of the rear seat 30 according to the state of the movable mechanism 12.
