PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power unit supporting structure capable of reducing the manufacturing cost of a supporting member and improving reliability. SOLUTION: The power unit supporting structure 1 is equipped with a sub frame member 2 and a supporting member 4. The supporting member 4 mounted on an upper surface side of a sub frame member 2 is formed by integrally molding a power unit mounting surface 12 constituting a surface to which the power unit is mounted, a sidewall surface 14 continuing to the power unit mounting surface 12 and extending to a lower side than the power unit mounting surface 12, and a sub frame mounting surface 16 continuing a lower end of the sidewall surface 14 and mounted to the sub frame member 2. The sub frame mounting surface 16 is disposed on an outer periphery side of the power unit mounting surface 12 rather than the sidewall surface when viewed from a vertical direction. The sidewall surface 14 is tilted so as to separate from the power unit mounting surface 12 from the power unit mounting surface 12 toward the sub frame mounting surface 16.
