PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sliding sound generated when a rotary door rotates. SOLUTION: On an outer peripheral surface of a circumferential wall portion 21b of the rotary door 21, a door side projecting portion 21g projecting toward the opposite side to a rotating shaft 21a is provided. On a case 11, a case side projecting portion 17a projecting toward the rotating shaft 21a side so as to press the door side projecting portion 21g toward the rotating shaft 21a is provided so as to extend in a rotating direction. Between the circumferential wall portion 21b and the door side projecting portion 21g, an elastic portion 21d elastically deformed by pressing force acting from the case side projecting portion 17a to the door side projecting portion 21g to displace the circumferential wall portion 21b toward the rotating shaft 21a side is provided. The case side projecting portion 17a is provided with recessed portions 17b, 17c, 17d recessed toward the opposite side to the rotating shaft 21a so as to fit the door side projecting portion 21g into the recessed portions 17b, 17c, 17d when the rotary door 21 is at a fully-closed position of an air passage.
