PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of an inkjet recording head in a configuration in which a nozzle made of an organic material serves as a protective film for a thick film power wiring or for a detection electrode pad formed by a plating method. SOLUTION: Wiring formed by a plating method is disposed parallel to and adjacent to the detection electrode pad or power wiring for supplying power to a heat generating resistor.
