PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further simplify a medical material storage management apparatus which makes it possible to easily and accurately take a medical material in and out and also automatically and accurately recognize a storage condition. SOLUTION: Hanging members 55 for hanging and storing the medial materials 10 are mounted in a row on a horizontally disposed frame 50 and medical material detection members 53 and takeout guide members 52 are disposed at each hanging part to the horizontally disposed frame 50. Also, the hanging members 55 are energized to an elevated position by energizing members 54. Further, by utilizing the elevation and lowering of the hanging member 55 according to the presence/absence of the hanging of the medical material 10, the medical material detection member 53 indirectly detects the presence/absence of the hanging of the medical material 10.
