A beadwire coating rubber composition is provided to maintain adhesion force between bead wires and durability of beads and to ensure rigidity and adhesive property. A beadwire coating rubber composition comprises inorganic adhesive 0.5~10 parts by weight based on base rubber 100.0 parts by weight. The inorganic adhesive has a lime saturation factor of 93~95 %, a silica modulus of 2.4~2.5 %, and an iron modulus 1.4~1.7 %. Also the inorganic adhesive has specific surface area (Blain) of 3,200~3,300cm^2/g and 44 micron residue of 10±1%. The beadwire coating rubber composition further comprises any one 30~95 parts by weight selected from the group consisting of carbon black, syndiotactic-1,2-polybutadiene, silica, titanium dioxide, clay, layered silicate and tungsten. |
