A pipe screw joint constituted of a pin and a box each having a contact surface having a threaded part and a thread-free metal contact part. A solid anticorrosive coating film which is made mainly of an ultraviolet-cured resin and is preferably transparent is formed on the contact surface of the pin. A solid lubricating coating film exhibiting a plastic or viscoplastic rheological behavior is formed on the contact surface of the box preferably from a composition comprising a thermoplastic polymer, a wax, a metal soap, a corrosion inhibitor, a water-insoluble liquid resin, and a solid lubricant by the hot-melt method.
