The discharge gas is injected within the discharge space. The exhaust tip(310) is adhered to the exhaust hole. The electrode portion is comprised of the surface discharge type electrode. The first electrode is formed in the surface of the first substrate. The second electrode is formed in the surface of the second substrate. The first electrode and the second electrode are arranged around the discharge space in the diagonal direction.
