A dust seal structure of an oil control valve is provided to suppress the malfunction of an OCV by preventing foreign material, generated in an oil flow path after an oil filter removes the foreign material, from being settled by covering gap between a sleeve and a spool of the OCV. An oil control valve of a CVVT(Continuously Variable Valve Timing) device comprises a dust seal(1). The dust seal is formed in an annular spring plate(11) coated with rubber at the location in which an oil hole of an advance oil path and an oil hole of a retard oil path are formed between a sleeve(10) and a spool(20).
