RAIL FIXING APPARATUS

A railway fixing device is provided to attach a rail on a tie and to reduce the man power and installation cost. A railway fixing device comprises: an insertion fixing member(100) insertion fixing a flange(11) of a rail(10) one side to a tie; and an elastic fixing member(200) compression fixing the flange of the rail the other side to the tie. The insertion fixing member comprises: a fixing unit(101) fixed to a concrete tie(20); and a fixture piece(104) of curved shape on the top of the fixing unit like the flange shape on the rail. The elastic fixing member includes: a fixture(201) fixed inside the concrete tie; and an elastic clip(206) inserted into a fixing hole(205) formed on a fastening unit(204) top part.
