A TAPPING METHOD FOR TAP HOLE OF BLAST FURNACE

An extension method of a tap hole of a blast furnace is provided to stabilize the tap hole to lengthen the service life and to prevent the crack of the tap hole. An extension method of a tap hole of a blast furnace comprises: a step of adhering the molding material in order to mold a tap hole(2); a step of compress a mud gun(3) to the tap hole surface; a step of enlarging the center of the tap hole with a tapping machine; a step of digging out the side of the tap hole with a tapping bar; a step of forming the tap hole surface with a nozzle(4) and a nozzle tip(5) corresponding to the enlargement of the cylinder diameter; and a step of enlarging the tap hole by screwing a fixing pin in order to connect the nozzle and nozzle tip to the excavated tap hole.
