A GPS receiving module and a receiving apparatus are provided to increase the efficiency of an antenna usage by minimizing the effects of an external environment based on the electric shielding between the antenna and a printed circuit board. A feed line and a ground surface are formed in a printed circuit board(11), and an antenna(13) for GPS reception includes a dielectric and a radiator formed at the dielectric. A front-end module(14) for GPS is mounted in the printed circuit board, and transmits a signal received from the antenna for GPS reception by processing the signal. A metal plate(12) is formed between the antenna for GPS reception and the printed circuit board to shield the antenna for the GPS reception.
