A diffusion sheet, a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device having the same are provided to increase luminance supplied to a liquid crystal display device by improving diffusion efficiency without increase of thickness. A diffusion sheet(100) includes a first diffusion sheet(104), a second diffusion sheet(102), a plurality of first beads(110), and a plurality of second beads(120). The first diffusion sheet is pressed to a base film, and forms at least one or more shapes. The second diffusion sheet corresponds to a shape of the first diffusion sheet. A plurality of first beads and a plurality of second beads are coated on an outer part of the first diffusion sheet and the second diffusion sheet.
