A method for controlling room temperature of each room adapted to heating environment and a method thereof are provided to control indoor temperature effectively by reducing temperature deviation which is repetitively generated. A device for controlling room temperature of each room adapted to heating environment comprises: a boiler(10) heated-exchanging combustion heat and heating water and circulating the heat-exchanged hot-water; one or more heating pipes(20a~20n) installed at each place; heating control valves(V1~Vn) installed at each heating pipe to open and close the heating pipe for the circulation of the hot-water; controllers for each room(50a~50n) converting set up indoor temperature value into recirculation control temperature; a valve regulator(30) controlling the thermal amount of a boiler by collecting recirculation control temperature and outputting control signals to the boiler to maintain maximum recirculation control temperature; and a valve driver(40) opening and closing the heating control valve according to the control signal of the valve regulator.
