The harvesting attachment (14) has a central part (32) attached at a harvesting machine (10), two side frames (34) and two outer frames (36). The central part, side frames, and the outer frames have mowing and transport elements (16,18,20) that are laterally arranged in the working position in a parallel manner. An actuator is connected with the side frame and with the outer frame of the respective side of the harvesting attachment in a driving manner, in order to move the side frame and the outer frame between the working position and the transport position.
