Method for determination of level of toxicity of combined pesticides by means of determination of rate and effectiveness of breathing of liver mitochondrion includes honogenation, incubation, measurement before adding ADP (adenozyndihydrophosphate), after addition og ADP, its transformation to ATF and determination of Lardi-Velman, Chans-Viliams coefficients and phosphorylation. One uses as oxidizer buffer-tris-HCL, with use of standard solutions of pesticides and oxidation substrates chosen in sequence (a-ketoglutaric, glutaminic + mastic and siccine acids). |
