METHOD FOR DECREASING POSTOPERATIVE COMPLICATIONS IN CHOLECYSTECTOMY

A method for decreasing the postoperative complications in cholecystectomy comprises the use of Immunofan starting 10 days prior to the elective surgery and continuing till 3d postoperative day. The broad-spectrum antibiotic is administered at the day of surgery. In the course of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy after the removal of the gall bladder and the clipping of the bile artery, the solution of Immunofan is administered to the falciform ligament. The wound is washed with antiseptic solution.
