The complex has buildings (1) connected among each other by paths (2) and consisting of structures (3) with floaters. A connecting link is connected with a corresponding slide and a central support. A cylindrical spring is connected with a central column and a load. The structures contain a staircase with a stair and a last stair that is connected with a path block (28) by a flexible connection. A water line is shorter than middle of the floaters. Centre point of masses of the structures corresponds with geometrical centre point of the structures.
