A desk combined with a chair is provided, in which use is convenient and which enables to control the height of the desk according to the size of the body of a user. A desk combined with a chair comprises: a frame which makes forward and backward movement of a chair possible; a body frame in which the desk is integrally combined with the frame moving up and down; a height adjustment frame which is perpendicularly connected to the desk moving up and down; an axis in which the pinion connected to the body frame for up and down movement of the desk; and a rack portion which is fixed to the bottom of the height adjustment frame and moves.
