REWORK-TIME ESTIMATION METHOD USING OF BLOCK MEASURED DATA

A rework-time estimation method using of block measurement data is provided to measure dimension of a part where a PE block and an ER block are jointed when the PE block is mounted inside a dock, thereby predicting rework-time due to measurement data. Each dimension of a PE(Pre-Erection) block is measured(P1). Each dimension of an ER(Erection) block which is a reference of the PE block is measured(P2). Measurement data about the measured PE block and ER block are mutually matched(P3). An error value among blocks is calculated based on x, y, and z axes(P4). Rework-time is calculated by the error value.
