An automobile snow chain is provided to prevent from the road and the road prints being damaged and to fold and keep the narrow tape fabric if not using. An automobile snow chain comprises the frictional force promotion member which is mounted on the outer circumference of the car tire(31) and increases the frictional force and the fixing means fixing the frictional force promotion member on wheel. The cross section of the frictional force promotion member is rectangular, and is made up into the force width tape fabric(11). The width of the narrow width tape fabric is 10~100mm, the thickness of the narrow width tape fabric is 1~10mm, and the outer surface of the narrow width tape fabric, a plurality of metallic protrusions is formed.
