A method of producing abrasive material with programmed arrangement of grains includes distribution of grains of superhard material on a substrate by means of a template with openings and performing briquetting and sintering in the mold under pressure with subsequent cooling. According to the method, the grains of superhard material are preliminarily retained by the template with openings, which are rigidly connected with vacuum chambers intended for their connection with a vacuum pump, then the template is transferred and arranged opposite to the substrate, then the vacuum is relieved. |
