A magnetic-belt separator consists of a belt conveyer, which is equipped with a load-bearing belt, a drive, a loader, a magnetic drum. It is additionally equipped with a magnet unit, which housing is made from antimagnetic material with magnetic circuits of U-shaped form and flat magnets of high coercive force placed inside it, which lead to each magnetic circuit by set polarity; moreover the magnetic drum is made with magnetic circuits with convex output surface and flat magnets, which contact with the magnetic circuits of set polarity. |
