The arrangement has a profile rail with a guide channel on the outer walls for receiving the screw head of the fastening screw. The arrangement has a component (10) with a centric opening (12) having a plate (11), and two bars (13,14) at the lower side of the plate. The component and the fastening screw are arranged in the guide channel such that the bars fit at the guide rails in the area of side surfaces (15,16). The component is made of plastic or metallic material.
