A temperature indicator for the cooling product is provided, which rapidly and simply detects the temperature of the cooling product. A temperature indicator for the cooling product comprises: a gel which is comprised in order to cool the skin during the period setting a limit to the cooling period; and a thermochromic composition which has a first color during cooling cycle and has the second color after completion of the cooling cycle. The first color of the thermochromic composition can be distinguished from the second color of the thermochromic composition. The thermochromic composition contains the liquid crystal.
