A liquid crystal lens having an aspherical optical property is provided to obtain high resolution and to minimize a whole optical system. A liquid crystal lens having an aspherical optical property includes a bottom glass substrate(2), a liquid crystal layer(3), oriented layers(4a,4b), and an opaque electrode pattern(6). A top glass substrate(1) is laminated on the bottom glass substrate by a spacer. The liquid crystal layer is included between the top glass substrate and the bottom glass substrate. The oriented layers are formed on a top surface of a transparent electrode layer(5) for a voltage driving included on a top surface of the bottom glass substrate and a bottom surface of the top glass substrate. The opaque electrode pattern is pattern-printed on the top surface of the top glass substrate with a metal material. A transparent electrode pattern(7) is formed in an opening part having an inner diameter of a fixed size formed on the opaque electrode pattern.
