A cover coupling structure of the sunvisor arm for the vehicle is provided to improve the external appearance by making the area of the cover body small as combine the cover body at the loop inner rail using one screw. A cover coupling structure of the sunvisor arm for the vehicle comprises the supporting tube(21) formed in the center of cover body; the supporting protrusion(22) formed in the inner surface of cover body; the temporary mounting protrusion(23) formed in the one side of the supporting protrusion; the supporting protrusion support pore in which the supporting protrusion is inserted; the head lining in which the support pore is formed; the supporting pipe through hole(28) in which the edge mounting projection is the edge mount; the loop inner rail(17) in which the opposite side of the edge mounting projection is connected through the screw(45); and the concavo-convex region formed in the opposing position of the upper side and supporting protrusion of the supporting protrusion.
