Blocks (14) and inner rings (32) of rolling bearings (31) are arranged on the outer surface of a hollow shaft (12) at predetermined intervals in the axial direction thereof. The outer surface of the hollow shaft (12) is plastically deformed in its diameter enlarging direction so as to be press-fit to the inner surface of the blocks (14) and inner surface of the inner rings (32) of the rolling bearings (31). In this state, the blocks (14) and inner rings (32) of the rolling bearings (31) are fixed to the outer surface of the hollow shaft (12).
