A method for excessive weight loss consists in that at first the causes of obesity and motivation for the weight-loss are determined, on their basis the psychological attitudes for performing of psychotherapy with the use of methods of the autogenic training in a vigilant state and meditation are selected individually, and a low-caloric diet and exercise stress are selected individually too. The psychological type of patient is determined, by the methods of suggestion, auto-suggesting and affirmation are selected for the autogenic training, and the lasting skills of correct feed are executed and fixed. The low-caloric diet consists in the balanced feed on the base of high-energy and vitamin products and adjusting of water balance. The complexes of exercises, which combine the static and dynamic loads of muscles and respiratory exercises which are directed on the stress coping is used as physical activities. The process of weight correction is carried out during 3-4 months at permanent individual control of each patient action by mobile communication and individual chart of work with the use of feed-back of each patient with an instructor. |
