An apparatus and a method for coating a hollow body are provided to remove air between resin layer and minute grooves formed on the surface of the hollow body by passing through vacuum condition after coating, and to prevent separation of the hollow body. An apparatus for coating a hollow body includes a chamber unit(110) which is put with the hollow body therein and forms a vacuum space; a hollow body rotation unit(130) which is joined to the chamber unit to fix and rotate the hollow body; and a hollow body coating unit which coats the cladding(30) on the surface of the hollow body while being moved inside the chamber unit through the chamber unit. |
