A seed-removed persimmon and a preparation method thereof are provided to show crispy mouth feeling as well as specific taste and flavor of a persimmon without the seeds by removing seeds from a persimmon and mixing nuts with seed-removed persimmon. A method for preparing a seed-removed persimmon comprises the following steps of: freezing a persimmon; removing a stem portion from the frozen persimmon using a narrow and long knife; removing an astringent portion from the persimmon; taking out the flesh near the seeds and removing the seeds; mixing nuts such as pine-nuts and walnut to the residual flesh; inserting the mixture into a space from which the seeds are removed; and sealing the removed stem portion and freezing the persimmon. |
