FIELD: ventilation systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of vehicle engineering immediately dealing with the issues of ventilation, saloon heating and provision for maintenance of comfortable conditions inside a vehicle. The proposed heating-and-ventilation system contains ventilation installation (1) positioned on the side of heater (3) housing (4) accommodating a heat exchanger, operational damper (8) for control of heater (3) with rotary axle (9) and mixing chamber (11) connected to the saloon air ducts. On operational damper (8) upper surface there is louver (12) mounted represented by an air duct with its open lateral part turned towards ventilation installation (1) and its rear open part turned towards mixing chamber (11). Along louver (12) side wall there is spoiler (13) arranged shaped as a curvilinear gill. Mixing chamber (11) is designed as displaced with relation to heater (3) housing (4) side walls. ^ EFFECT: air flux speed and temperature balancing at the heater output towards the distributor device of the dash fascia and the saloon air ducts within all the ranges of the heating-and-ventilation system modes regulation. ^ 5 cl, 7 dwg
