摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color tone monitoring device capable of easily performing monitoring of a color tone and color matching, prevented from being influenced by an unstable factor and capable of detecting change of ink density without using a color patch or the like, a color tone managing system and a color tone monitoring method. <P>SOLUTION: The color tone monitoring device 21 compares actual measured image data by an optical sensor fetching a printed matter with reference image data, and multiplies a difference between them by a rate-of-change coefficient, so as to calculate solid density deviation of each ink for every monitoring point. Thus, not a specified pattern such as the color patch but an entire printed surface is compared, so that a part where a color tone is actually matched is viewed. Since a difference of an RGBIr image is always linked with variation of monochrome solid density of CMYK, how much some ink in some part is varied to make the RGBIr image coincide with the aimed one is clearly defined.
