Safety glass and a safety glass apparatus are provided, through which enables people to escape from a vehicle, a building or a ship in case of emergency. A safety glass apparatus comprises: glass(100) on which a plurality of magnetostrictive metals or magnetostrictive alloys(300) are arranged; a coil(200) rolled on the outer surfaces of the magnetostrictive metals or magnetostrictive alloys; a power supply unit supplying current to the coil; a capacitor connected to a power supply unit; an amplifier combined with the capacitor to amplify the current value supplied to the coil; an inverter installed between the capacitor and amplifier in order to convert direct current into alternating current; and a first switch selectively manipulated by a user.
