A dash panel reinforcing structure of vehicles is provided to reduce the noise and vibration transmitted from parts of an engine room by connecting a spacer to an seating groove located on a reinforcing member. A dash panel reinforcing structure of vehicles comprises: a dash panel(10) forming a partition between an engine room and a vehicle interior; a reinforcing member(20) combined in one side of the dash panel; and a spacer(30) reducing the noise and the vibration transmitted from the parts of the engine room. The reinforcing member comprises a seating groove. The seating groove is located on the combined side with the dash panel. The spacer is formed in the seating groove. The seating groove comprises an annular groove. The reinforcing member and spacer are formed integrally by welding.
