A method for screening an inhibitor of interaction between Rac or Cdc42 and PBD is provided to manufacture an anticancer drug for signaling of Rac/Cdc42 or inhibitor of Rac/Cdc42 signaling. A method for screening a material which inhibits the interaction between Rac or Cdc42 and PBD comprises: a step of contacting Rac-GTP or Cdc42-GTP to fixed PBD of plate under the presence of candidate material and measuring the amount of Rac-GTP or Cdc42-GTP which is binding with PBD; a step of contacting Rac-GTP or Cdc42-GTP to fixed PBD of plate without candidate material and measuring the amount of Rac-GTP or Cdc42-GTP which is binding with PBD; and a step of determining inhibitor between Rac or Cdc42 and PBD.
