Toner particles containing a binder resin with specific average molecular weight, and electrostatic latent image developer containing the toner particles and an electrophotographic image forming device comprising the same are provided to ensure small volume average diameter, narrow size distribution, improved fixation and improved high temperature stability. Toner particles comprise a binder resin and coloring pigment. The binder resin comprises polyester resin which has an average molecular weight of 6,000 ~ 100,000g/mol, a glass transition temperature of 55 ~ 70°C and a Polydispersity Index(Mw/Mn) of 3 ~ 25. The volume average particle size of the toner particles is 2 ~ 10mum. 80% span value is 0.9 or less. The content of tetrahydrofuran insoluble component of the polyester resin is 0.1 ~ 20 weight%.
