FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly methods of specific bioactive substance extraction for obtainment of medication with wound-healing effect for small-area wounds which do not require primary instrumented surgical treatment, preferably at I, II healing phase. Method of obtaining medication involves mineral water processing by ethyl alcohol, sodium chloride (10-15%) and calcium oxide (5-10%), stirring for one day, decantation of salt precipitation, water and alcohol mix distillation, with further obtainment of target product in the form of water alcohol extract. Mineral sulfide water is neutralised to pH=7.0-7.5 after mineral salt extraction, and water and alcohol solution with ethanol content of 32% is distilled. ^ EFFECT: high output of bioorganic complex, production utilising accessible raw material from mineral sulfide water, such as Novonukutsk Matsesta. ^ 1 tbl |
