The method and device for the production of meat brochettes from large meat pieces or a mixture of large and small meat pieces and/or ground meat, comprise attaching meat pieces under aid of a device that has the form of a circular ring and consists of a metal, under use a compressive force at main brochette, after a manual or mechanical arrangement of the meat pieces. The device controls over pins, which have a length of 1 mm and a thickness/diameter of 0.5 mm. The meat pieces are arranged in layers at the main brochette. The pin possesses a cylindrical form and has a sharp end.
