A device for making a half-finished food product of a casing with a filling comprises rolling device for forming at least two strips of the casing material, which consists of at least two mechanisms including at least counter-rotating rollers by two arranged with the given gap as regards to each other, a mince feeder for delivering portions of filling between the strips that has a wedge-like element orientated in the direction of drums by vertex thereof and connected with a dozer for portionwise forcing the filling into the mince feeder by means of a pipe, an area to form the half-finished products, into which strips of the material of the casing and portions of the filling are delivered, and a stamping mechanism, in particular a pair of the drums comprising cells arranged in such a manner as to allow counter-rotating thereof as regards to each other. The device is supplemented with a pressure roller made in such a manner as to allow arranging thereof as regards to one of the mentioned rollers with the minimum gapclose toand as regards the other with a large gap which is from 10to 100, whereas a gap between the rollers themselves is from 1to 10. |
