The system has a data carrier (1) consisting of two sections and comprising a URL address of an Internet portal (4) and an access code (5) that is identical to the sections of the data carrier and another access code (6) that is different from the former access code. The access codes are connected with each other according to an input at a starting side of the Internet portal and disconnect the access of a personal user account, which is configured for the bilateral exchange of information in the form of text, image, audio and/or video files. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing bilateral communication between persons.
