The device has a chamber for functionality of a medium and/or a material, which are guided into the chamber in a controlled temporal, spatial and defined condition. A permanent magnet (3.1) is provided at radial and/or axial zones of a rotary cylindrical body (1), and directly and/or indirectly exerts a magnetic force on a pressure transducer (5.1) i.e. piezo-crystal by relative movement of magnet. The transducer is formed as an energy producer. The magnet exerts cyclic movements defined in a direction in a fixed housing (2), and delivers generated electrical resulting potential as net energy.
