The device includes device of brake or movement efforts application, device for measuring movement characteristics set by the driver and device for calculating dedicated breaking/movement effort and target rotation moment in the vehicle, device for modifying dedicated braking/movement effort and/or target rotation moment and device for controlling brake/movement application effort.
