The box (100) has a bottom (101) delimiting an interior receiving space at a rear of the box to receive a base of a switchgear mechanism, where the box is formed of a single piece made of a synthetic material. The bottom includes an opening (110) to receive an electrical connector (200) at the rear of the box, such that a terminal board (230) of the connector is emerged in the space. The bottom comprises a holding unit with a female element e.g. circular orifice (130), for connecting the connector to the bottom while allowing movement of the connector in the opening with respect to the bottom.
