<p>The shutter has a cover (23) formed of floating jointed slats, and a winding device (31) for winding the cover. A safety device engages with the cover and with the winding device and determines a rolling shutter safety condition in which the cover has a closing position, so that it covers the entire free surface of a swimming pool. The safety device includes a detecting component for detecting the closing position of the cover, and a cover locking unit (48) in form of a harpoon, for maintaining the cover in the closing position.</p> |
