摘要 A method for predicting and evaluating the ductility - brittle fracture behavior of the amorphous alloy is provided to predict the ductility - brittle fracture behavior by mathematizing the correlation with a factor m-value reflecting the architectural feature of the amorphous alloy. A method for predicting and evaluating the ductility - brittle fracture behavior of the amorphous alloy comprises: a step of obtaining data by measuring the change of the glass transition temperature to the heating rate of the amorphous alloy through the thermal analysis to a plurality of amorphous alloy; a step of calculating a m-value of the amorphous alloy from the relational formula of the glass transition temperature and a factor m-value reflecting the architectural feature of the amorphous alloy and the relational expression of glass transition temperature, heating rate and measured data; a step of deducing the relational expression with 'm' and 'K/G' by a least square fitting method using ratio value(K/G) of 'm' value, shear modulus and bulk modulus; a step of obtaining 'm' value of the amorphous alloy; and a step of predicting the ductility - brittle fracture behavior of the amorphous alloy by calculating 'K/G' value of the amorphous alloy using the relational expression with 'm' and 'K/G'.
