An electromobile is provided to prevent from the electrode of the laminated cell element being circuit-shorted in which the side wall of the tray member of the battery case is transformed into. An electromobile(10) includes the battery unit(14) mounted in the car body(11). The battery unit comprises the battery case(50) fixed to the car body, and the battery module comprises a plurality of battery cells. The battery case comprises the tray member(51) in which the battery cell is located; and the cover member(52) fixed to the tray member to the state overlapped on the upper part of the tray member. And the battery cell comprises the sheet cell of the sheet shape laminated inside the case member.
